Our Story
We are passionate about food. The word "Dharma" is an ancient and core concept in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism.
Loosely translated, "Dharma" is the right or true way for each person to carry out their life in order to serve both themselves and others, and to bring glory to God.
This principle is the cornerstone of our business. Every customer is a partner. Every vendor is valued. Everyone that enjoys our food is a friend.
We do business in a way that is ethical, sustainable, and fair.
We have been leaders in the culinary field for many years. Our founder Shane Lee has been involved in developing and producing wholesome, USDA-inspected food since 2006.
During this time, over 85 million meals have been produced with his recipes.
Our state-of-the-art partner facilities located in Georgia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and New York are certified to maintain the pinnacle in food safety and quality.
We are as passionate about the taste of our products as we are about their safety. We employ a full time culinary staff with many years' experience in developing the finest food available.
We are partners with Registered Dieticians as well, and all our products are vetted for compliance to a myriad of programs.
